APPLICATION FOR A SPECIAL EVENT OR WEDDING 
AT THE SILVERADO COMMUNITY CENTER & PARK

Thank you for your interest in having your special event at the Silverado Park on the outskirts of the Cleveland National Forest. Our gazebo, garden, lawn, stage and buildings provide the perfect venue for your special event and can accommodate up to 300 guests for outdoor-only events and up to 130 guests for indoor dining and other activities. You are welcome to visit the park at any time. It is located at 27641 Silverado Canyon Road, Silverado, CA. You also can email us call us events@smrpd.org to arrange a tour or ask answer any questions. This is an organization run largely by volunteers but we will get back to you within 24 hours.


The form whose link appears below appropriate for events that will use all or most of the Silverado Community Center & Park for 8 hours or more: weddings or wedding receptions, large parties, company events, etc. For smaller events please use of standard Event Form.


The questions in this form provide information about you, the applicant, and the the nature of the event you are planning. Your answers will be inserted into a Facilities Application form that will be returned to you to review and sign. When your signed application has approved and signed by the SMRPD Board or its authorized representative, it becomes a permit to use the facilities described for the time and purpose you have specified. This dialog will also summarize our terms, rules, and requirements. These are set out in full in the actual application form. By signing and submitting that form, you, the applicant, agree to abide by the terms, rules and regulations set forth on the pages of the permit this form will produce and provide to you to sign. You also agree pay the fees described.

Important Notes
  • You will only be able to generate the actual application when you have answered all of the required questions on this form.
  • The form has a save function so that you can save your answers and, using a link that will be provided, return to the form to review, edit, and add to your answers before generating the application.
  • Once you have submitted and application you cannot change it. However, if you contact us we can with your permission, make corrections.
  • Reservations are on a first come, first served basis and only become final upon approval by Board of Directors and deposit of facility use fee.
  • Fees and a refundable deposit are due when the application is approved.
  • You and possibly some of your vendors will each be required to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance that conforms to the our requirements that are described later and, in more detail, in the actual application form.
